Our History
CA Arun Mhalgi and CA Shrikant Kulkarni, our senior partners, have work experience of about 25 years as senior level managers with MNC.
They also have exposure and wide experience in the field of finance, taxation, audit, joint ventures, amalgamation and mergers. Our Senior Partners decided to start full time practice in 2002. Initially, both were partners with a Mumbai based CA firm: M/S Saharasbudhe Bapat & Co. They represented the firm’s Pune Branch Office. Then they decided incorporate an independent CA firm. This firm was named and styled as ‘M/s Mhalgi Kulkarni & Associates’ on 01st December 2006. Two young Chartered Accountants in Pune joined the team as partners during the year 2013-14. CA Pratik Rairikar joined as a Partner w.e.f. 01.05.2013 and CA. Kaustubh Khiste joined as a Partner w.e.f. 16.01.2014. We are glad to announce that our firm completed 10 years in practice of the profession and the nation at large in 2016. On this occasion we took a decision to change the firm name. And w.e.f. 01st December 2016, our CA firm came to be called MKRK & Co, Chartered Accountants.
